The CallVia3CX Chrome extension has a minimum number of digits option that lets the extension reject numbers which have fewer than the required number of digits.
Here in the US, domestic calls are 10 digits, so that is a minimum to use. If we could also have an option to set 'maximum digits' we could reject longer numbers such as serial numbers, etc..
