I'am pretty new to 3CX.
I can´t foward an extension to an outside number.
You need to provide more information, such as the type of trunks you are using. You do have more that one trunk (one for the incoming call, and a second for the outgoing), correct?
The 3CX log will show the reason it's not working. If you don't understand what it's telling you, then post a copy.
When I checked this out today it works perfectly and I could´t see any errors in the log file.
Well, needless to say, something wasn't working previously. You're not going to get an error message if all is working the way it should. If it begins failing again, then check the logs right away.
