can I connect 3CX Phone to a Cisco Unified CME System??

    Probably not because Cisco Unified CME is not a standards based system.

    Yes you can, but you have to add it as a SIP phone. Your much better off using Cisco's IP Communicator if you are connecting to a CME system.
