Can I disable "hold while I transfer" sound?

    I have created a digital receptionist to welcome callers. This transfers after 0 seconds to my queue. However it seems to be impossible to disable the woman sayining "please hold while I transfer your call" (I have set it to Dutch so I don't know the exact phrasing).

    Is there any way to disable that?

    Hi Murphy

    You can find the audio file and rename it. Then add a new blank audio file with the original file name.

    The audio file is named please_hold.wav.
