When external callers attempt to dial an extension during the UM auto attendant greeting they get a prompt saying the number is invalid. They are running 3CX 12 and Exchange server 2013.
The 3CX digital receptionist is redirecting calls to the exchange Auto Attendant.
Any ideas on how to resolve?
