can not connect to virtual receptionist

    I have create a virtual receptionist, add menu file(recorded with required format) and when i make a call, call drops after 2 sec..
    when i forward to extension- works fine, when to IVR, dropped call..
    Please help!!!!!!

    Check your system extension status first

    We are still getting a (known) problem (today) with system extensions unregistering themselves. A restart of the pbx services helps.
