I am currently setting up extensions to ring to a mobile number with 3CX, I have setup everything correctly and am trying to use a call que to forward this call to a mobile number of extension 1002. However, the problem is everytime the system keeps sending it to voice mail no matter what I have extension 1002 set to do if no answer or busy. It seems no matter what I try and configure I can not get it to work, frustrating really.

I am using the Windows 3CX Phone, my VOIP provider is callcentric.

You need to explain exactly how you have this configured. You say you are using ring my mobile at the same time, then mention forwarding (which is a different behaviour), then bring queues into the mix. Is this an extension, within a queue that has "ring my mobile" as the option? Is it a call forward option, on each extension attempting to send a queue call off to a mobile? I'm not sure that will work as call forward is usually only applicable to calls directly to the extension, at least I know it works that way with Ring Groups.

The 3CX Server log of an entire call might help too.

What are you trying to achieve? and when you say queue do you mean actual queue or digital receptionist?

when using queue you can forward to outside number directly so you dont have to fwd to ext.

in order to fwd to mobile number of an extension, make sure you have mobile number typed in General tab for the extension. in fwd rules, change "if the call is not answered within" 1 second then forward to mobile. can do same for busy.

No need to tick "ring my extension and my mobile at the same time" (leave blank). Also take office hours into consideration.
