Can not get Inbound call to work

Hi all. Greeting from Thailand.

I have a problem with 3cx Phone System.

Here is the log:

Sorry, but the logs do not seem to reflect what it is that you are having an issue with -

The first set of logs merely show the 3CX coming up and that all the services and providers are registered.

The second log set shows a call from extension 108 being made and routed out to Skype (1001). The two make a connection, but after having done so and waiting for a number of seconds, the extension sends a BYE and the call is terminated. I assume that "6221***60**** " is the number that is associated to the Jakarta SIp provider, but 3CX does not show any activity in the log relative to it. Either you hung up too soon, a firewall issue is preventing the Jakarta line from coming in, or the SIp provider is not routing correctly back to you.

Do you have a fixed IP? If so, you might be better off disabling STUN and installing the fixed public IP in the 3CX settings as well as at your providers.

You may also need to do a wireshark capture as it may have more detail.
 
Do you have your sip service pointed to a publicly accessible IP/domain?
Are you then port forwarding the required ports to the internal server?

I make a call from my skype (1001) to my did number provide by jakarta.voffice.co.id (1002) The call out is working from skype. 1001 work fine

So in the log i should get incoming call from 1002 and go to extension 100 in my LAN. But there is nothing. So this mean that 3cx do not get any incoming call from jakarta.voffice.co.id. (the registration success)

I don't use any firewall program. internet->linksys wrt54gl (10.4.1.251)->3cx box OS windows 64bit(10.4.1.252)

I am using Internet Public Static IP.

I also have contact my voip provider they asking me to open this port:
SIP 5000-6000 TCP/UDP
RTP 10000-20000 UDP
I have open this port in my linksys wrt54gl and also change 3cx-network from detault 9000-9049 to the one that jakarta sip request. But still can not make this work.

I do use port forwarding at my linksys,

The port forwarding now is
5000-6000 both to 10.4.1.252 (3cx box IP)
10000-20000 both to 10.4.1.252

This the one that sip jakarta request me to change in the router. But still can not get any incoming call or any log in 3cx for incoming traffic from sip jakarta.

Note: use 3cx firewall checker stun server stun.3cx.com. Every single port show green status or success.

I put a test using xlite. set Jakarta SIP configuration at xlite. the incoming call work with xlite.

So there is some thing that I miss in here
 
Do you have the port pointing to go to a extension or a ring group when the all comes in? Also you may want to go to the management console VoIP provider--->Sourcd ID--->check the box source identification by DID--->Add DID--->Select All Box. attempt these changes and post what are the results of the test inbound calls to that trunk. Also what happens when you try to dial out on the vooffice trunk. Have you attempted an inbound calll to the skype trunk what are the results.

Ports forwareded should be,, thoug since you forwarded 5000-6000 you should have an problems with the ccall getting out.
5060 to ip pbx
9000-9049 to ip pbx
5000 to ip pbx
5090 ip pbx
