Solved Can not hear when out of office

    Hi,
    i am new to cloud PBX system, i have installed 3cx to hyper-v server, and did port forwardings as below;

    my problem is i can call any extentions and talk with them in office enviroment over wifi, but when i am out office i can call or some one in office can call me, but we cant talk, audio doesnt pass, the guy in the can hear me because he is connected to wifi but i can not hear him because i am out of office

    Hello @washaq

    Please note that the RTP ports should be open for UDP and not TCP. Also 5060 and 5090 should be open for TCP and UDP. Make sure that the firewall checker located on the dashboard of the 3CX management console passes all tests and try the call again.

    Under extensions > Options do you have PBX Delivers Audio checked?

    it is not checked, but problem solved by forwarding correct ports.
