First I also had many problems with v5 inplace upgrade. I ended up taking hte problematic upgrade doing a backup, uninstalling, then reinstalling a fresh copy and restore the database. Far from ideal. After doing this I am having a problem with voicemail not working. At first I thought it was a single user so I attempted to remove the extention and recreate it. After recreating it I needed to add them back to the Digital Receptionsit I can create the option to Connect to Extension but once I select that I cannot select the extension to connect to. In fact the entire drop down box for the extensions is not selected (ghosted).
