Can not receive incoming calls anymore

    I just re installed the software on another machine this morning,
    I got incoming and out going calls working right away, played with some ring groups and auto attendants, and not it does not detect a call anymore, goes to my VoIP providers voice mail, rebooting the machine, and now I see

    CallConf::eek:nIncoming: Can not resolve target for call from "514266xxxx"<sip:5142665903@216.143.130.xx>;tag=as5b8382d9 to <sip:xxx@216.143.130.xx>

    Looked thru the document about analyzing calls, but did not see it there, any ideas?

    The good thing is that your pbx is getting the incoming call.

    What you need to do here is open up the line config and set the External Number to 514266xxxx . Then make sure that the target extension is configured and registered.

    But that's the number that's trying to call me, not the PBX's number

    I see, sorry my wrong.
    The external line needs to match the number that the caller is going to dial. i.e. if your VoIP provider supplied you with 130132410*** then your external number for that line must be the same. Please try this out and post the error logs if you meet any problems.
