Can not view Call Queue on Client 5.1.4132

    I have a purchused version of 3CX but I can not view the calls waiting in Queues. Plus there's no install program for Call Assistant. What do I need to do to turn on the option to view Queues?

    id1boss,

    There is no separate Call Assistant. I believe with v3 there was a separate VoIP Client and Call Assistant. With v5 all features have been integrated in to the client.

    With that being said though, I do not believe the current version of the client has the ability to monitor Call Queues. Remember it's still in beta and hasn't been officially released.
