Can "Record your msg and press..." prompt be replaced?

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to replace the initial prompt into voice mail. It is great that version 6 allows transfer to the operator but the users need different words for the same purpose. I looked on the ..\data\ivr\prompts\sets directory but cannot find the file, if one exist.
