Can Send but not Receive on AT&T

    Just wanted to point out that the iPhone app works great while users are on WiFi in the office.
    We can send and receive calls from the App.

    However we have an issue where users logged into the system via the app are unable to receive calls via the APP when they're only connected to AT&T and not WiFi.

    Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

    at&t is know to block sip.
    Can you set up an VPN from ur IPhone to the Network and just fill in the internal server with the local ip of the pbx this should work for you
