Can`t download CRM module

    Hello @Serhiy

    What type of licence are you running? Is the free a standard or a Pro licence?
    Crm integration is only available in the Pro and enterprise edition as seen in the edition comparison guide.

    Hello @YiannisH_3CX

    Our license is Professional Edition(4ext).
    I`m trying first one(edit licence) not halped and not try to reboot bcz we have live calls now.
    Can you please tell, how to reboot all 3cx service without reboot PC?

    You can reboot the 3CX services from the Dashboard of the management console. Click on Dashboard and click on services under the PBX Status. Select all services and click restart. Please note that this will also drop all active calls

    Restarting all service not help, still have the issue.

    Are you getting the same error as the thread you posted? Do you have a valid maintenance? Can you send a screenshot showing when your maintenance expires?

    As far as i can see from the provided screenshot your maintenance expired on August 22 and that is why you are getting the maintenance warning. Please renew your maintenance for the option to become available.

    So, how re-seller can help and resolve this?
    We update our license two weeks ago, buyed from re-seller.

    To be able to download new updates or upgrades you need to have an active maintenance. Since your maintenance is expired this is the reason you are unable to download any new CRM software.
