Can the caller ID name be changed when dialing a conference?

    If users press the Conference button and then enter numbers of people to add to the conference, the system dials them showing our main line as the number, but showing "Conference" as the caller ID name. Is there a setting or option somewhere to change it from saying Conference to something else like our company name? We are having issues in that many times people won't answer when we call as they then call us back saying they didn't know that was us due to the caller ID saying "Conference". Thanks!

    Hello @checkinyyz

    Please note that this is hardcoded into the PBX and cannot be changed. You can however create a feature request in our ideas section of the forum where it can be upvoted by other users and evaluated by the appropriate department.
