Can the timeout for call by name be adjusted? V5.1

    Good afternoon,

    The "call by name" feature in V5.1 is excellent. We have run into one challenge with it though. The default time out for the feature does not allow enough time for callers to hunt and peck their way through spelling out the name using the telephone keypad. Is there a way to change the time out for the "call by name" feature so it provides more time?

    I would like to second this. It times out before I can even find the 2nd letter of the name.
