Is there a way to adjust the volume of the music on hold feature?

I've had a few complaints about the music being to loud

    Thanks

Please try to use Audacity. It is free, open source software for recording and editing sounds.

    http://audacity.sourceforge.net/latest/audacity-win/audacity-win-1.2.6.exe

No, not really, but you could use another file if you wanted to with boosted decibels I suppose.

    Morning

    Thanks guys,

I am already using some sound recording software.

I'll take a look at rerecording the music at a lower level.

I will also add this to the requested features forum :)

    Take care

    Re: Morning

But be ready to have other complaints who will say about "music on hold is too silent" :) .
Currently, I can't imagine how to manage volume for completely different VoIP providers, phones, PSTN gateways, and even the same phones with different settings :)
