Cannot access 3CX web management console

    Hi, everybody



    Today i encountered the following problem

    All the 3cx services were running smoothly but i couldnt enter into the web management console.

    Also i couldnt make any calls ?


    I rebooted the PBX system but still no success


    Any idea please ?

    Get into the Windows system and then go to the control panel, administrative tools and services and take a look at the status of each 3CX service and whichever web service is used. You can try and manually start any that are not started and failing that you can look in the event log to see if it reveals any clue as to the underlying issue.

    You might also consider if any new programs have been installed or updates and you may want to look at the Windows firewall and see if it is getting in the way.
