Cannot Change SDP Connection Information After Backup and Restore V15 SP2

    We are setting up a SIP Provider and only getting one way audio, upon further inspection, we found that the SDP Protocol in the message body was handing out our internal IP of, not our public IP.

    I read some forum posts that if the IP addresses have changed that a full backup and restore is required, so last night I did a full backup and restore. However the problem still exists. Is there any other way to change this?
