Solved Cannot change SMTP settings

    I can't send welcome emails-- I went to check on the SMTP configuration (which I have never touched), the server drop-down menu is grayed out and I can't change any settings. When I click the TEST button, I get the authentication error you see below..

    Any ideas??

    Thanks-- I just figured it out. I found out my Public IP settings were incorrect. Fixed it, and now I can send/receive emails.
