Dial from Outlook 2013 worked fine until recently.

We are running 3Cx v 12.0.33517.465SP3 Standard running in a Win 7 x64 Pro box.

Running Win 8.1 x64 with O365 2013. This all dialed fine from Outlook until recently. Not sure if it was before MSFT Patch Tuesday or post 3CX V12 SP3.

Uninstalled 3CX CLI and 3CX CRM Integration and reinstalled the updated versions. The interface between the Yealink T28P and 3CX CLI works great, no errors. When I right click on the contact or click on the phone in the 3CX tab in the contact, nothing happens. Re-click gives an error "another outbound call in progress". The plugin is working fine and green on the plugin status.

I did a online repair of Office 365 ProPlus.

Any ideas or where I can discover any troubleshooting steps?

    TIA, Scott

    What I did,
Uninstall 3Cx CRM Integration, delete the folder C:\ProgramData\3CX CRM Integration. I had a file permission issue here.

Reinstall the SP3 upgraded version from here:
    http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/3CXCRM12.exe.

Do not add the TAPI option, only check the Outlook box.

After you install, open the CRM integrator, make sure Outlook is enabled (its disabled), uncheck store call information in Outlook.

Start the 3CX phone/CLI, Outlook, and the 3CX CRM Integration and it should work.

There need to be detailed documentation on this.

First time Outlook start after the 3CX CRM Integrator install, there will be some addin that you have to OK. The details escapes me.
