Cannot get VOIP provider SIPGATE to register

    Followed all guides etc. cannot make this work, if I dial my nunber from PSTN or a mobile it comes up as number not in use.

    Can anyone help with SIPGATE configuration?

    Have you checked your fireware, are all the ports open?
    List the ports which you have open and i'll check them over for you.

    A message saying number not in use on a PSTN network would indicate that u have the wrong number, or Sipgate have not set up the DID properly.

    A simple test would be to enable Sipgates voicemail, disconnect the 3cx server from sipgate, then call the number and see if it goes to voicemail.
