Cannot Install

    That is error i am getting.
    how do I fix it?
    I tried installing version 9 and 10! I get this error.
    I am on windows XP SP3 With latest .net and installer version 4.5

    I was getting the same error message on a XP machine and upgrading to SP2 and the latest .net fixed the problem. Make sure you have saved the 3CX .exe file on the PC that you are installing. That is you are not installing from a USB drive.

    Install .NET 3.5 and it will install
