All of a sudden my pstn line just stopped working. When I call it I get a disconnected message and when I try to call FROM it I get a series of error messages. Here is the log below of when I am trying to make a call from this phone. On the on screen display it shows call failed Reason Code 480.

I am using grandstream phones and a linksys spa3102 device for the line. Any ideas?

Here is some further information since trying it again...

13:43:23.877 Call::RouteFailed [CM503014]: Call(6): Attempt to reach [sip:[email protected]] failed. Reason: Not Registered - gateway not registered.

13:48:49.065 CallLeg::eek:nFailure [CM503003]: Call(8): Call to sip:[email protected]:5061 has failed; Cause: 503 Service Unavailable; from IP:192.168.1.33:5061 - line busy or not connected.

A: Does the 3102 gateway show as being registered on 3CX? Did you unplug the gateway and "force" it to re-register? Do the 3CX logs show it registering correctly?

B: Is the phone line plugged into the 3102? Does the status screen on the 3102 show the (approx) 52 volts on the PSTN line? If the cord has become unplugged (or gone open) the 3102 thinks that line is in use and will not put through a call.
