Cannot make outgoing call to extension.

Hi,

I have set up my 3CX phone system in two locations. The first is HOME and the other is OFFICE. The HOME system runs off my main server and the OFFICE location runs off an SBC.

I can receive an extension call from the HOME location but I cannot make a call to an extension to my HOME location. When I attempt this I get two beeps and a signal to hang up.

Is there anything above that show the reason for the problem?

I do not recognise the IP address in this line...

Hi Den1s,

As I can see you are using a higher firmware, so please downgrade your Fanvil firmware to 1.4.0.1935.
Please download from the management console Updates=> Phone firmware => select and download it.
You can find it on this location C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\%RandomFolder%\firmware_new\fanvil on your server and follow this link to downgrade manually https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/firmware-update-fanvil/ is the same steps as the upgrade, but It is better to contact your manufacturer for further help about downgrade/upgrade.

Also please let us know what version and OS of SBC and 3CX Phone system are you on?
Did you follow the steps on this link https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-tunnel-session-border-controller/ to install the SBC?

I did follow the guide you mention. I am on v15 of 3CX and the latest version of SBC which was download yesterday.
