Cannot make outgoing calls.

    I am using the SPA-3102 and up until today, I was able to make outgoing calls. I am not sure if I messed something up making changes, or if something happened on its own. Incoming calls work fine, but now when I dial (9) then the # on the phone it says invalid number (I am using cisco spa 303 phones. I have my dial plan set to access the outside line (SPA3102) and you must press 9 to dial out, and it strips 1 digit.

    What I find odd here is that there are two ports on the same IP. I have to assume that port 5062 is used by the gateway portion, but the other port 5060 (same IP) does not appear to be the FXS port on the 3102, which I assume it would be. What is the IP of the 3CX server, 192.168.1.250 ? Hmmmm
    You may want to confirm what IP you have the 3102 set to, I assume it is a fixed IP, and, what IP you have the trunk set-up in 3CX "pointing" to.

    The 3102 is at a static I.P. : 192.168.1.250

    The VoIP/PSTN Gateway is pointing to 192.1686.1.250

    In the SPA3102 I followed the instuctions and set up the Line 1 tab and the PSTN line tab. I have them both configured. The line tab is the 5060 that you see, the pstn line is the 5062.

    The problem might be that I should not have them both active??

    I am kind of new to all this.
