Hello Guys. I Installed 3CX and Had it Configured to Use a GrandStream GWX-4108 Gateway for PSTN Calls. if Followed the Config Instruction found on Your Site on how to Set it up with 3CX SIP Server, i Can Recieve External Calls from 3CX but i Cant Call Out. The Phone Gives a Dialing Tone when i Call but the call Does Not Get through to the Called external PSTN Party. i have Attached a file Showing My Outbound Config Settings. Secondly My Call ID Displays The Internal Line Instead of The Callers Number. for Example if an External Caller with the Number: 0803xxxxxxx calls, the Softphone Displays:call From 012xxxxxx which is the PSTN LINE Connected to The GrandStream Gateway. How do i Correct That. Please i Really Need to get this Working  . Thank You in Advance for your Help.

You might want to post a 3CX log showing an incoming call and a second showing an outgoing call attempt.

Please How Can I locate the 3CX log showing an incoming call and a second showing an outgoing call attempt. This is The Path to The 3CX installation on My Computer: C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem :?:

Click on "Server Activity Log", it shows a snapshot. If, in incoming calls you are getting 012xxxxxx and on a "normal" call display device you get a different number then has 012xxxxxx been datafilled (somewhere) in the Grandstream? I'm just wondering if the actual caller Id just isn't getting through and 012xxxxxx is being sent in it's place.

Thank you so Much for your Replies. this is my 3CX Server Activity Log bellow
Pls can you tell me from this why i cant call out to an External Number? I really appreciate your help.

Is this because you are not connected to the internet?

The rest of the log doesn't show a call attempt to a trunk (outgoing call). It seems to show two extensions, 1000 and 1004, and calls attempting (but failing) between them.

Outgoing calls, according to your outbound rule, will begin with "0" and be 7 to 11 digits long. I don't even see the Grandstream registering in the log. A trunk device, gateway or VoIP, should have a device number of 10000 and up (five digits). Is that supposed to be the Grandstream at IP 96.0.0.107 ?
