Cannot pick up call v12

After the upgrade *20* does not work to pick up call...

Any help?
 
What happens when you push *20? what did you see in the server activity log? Check settings---> advance---> dial codes--->pickup a call does this say *20?
 
It says *20* - also all phones have the *20* configured to quickdial button... when an extension of the same group rings I dial *20* or press the quick dial button and the screen says "Not found" (yealink t20).

User group rights:

Can see group members: yes
can see group calls: no
show presence to group members: yes
show calls to group members: yes
perform operations... : yes
can barge in: no
can intercom: no
allow parking: yes
allow ivr control: no
allow users to show... : no

"Perform operations" is the 'rights' to control "visible" calls. If you disable user to see calls, the user does not have any subjects to perform operations.
*20* and "pick-up" menu in "3CX Phone" are equivalent. If you cannot pickup call from 3CX Phone you cannot pick it up using *20*
