Cannot present the specified Number on outbound calls

    I'm using Gamma as a SIP gateway, I can make and receive calls, and have a block of numbers to use which I have got working for incoming calls but I cannot change the number that a user presents for outbound calls from 3CX.

    I have set the users outbound number to the full number 441709912150 and have tried altering the oubound fields of the gateway for contact and from but cannot get it to present the right number.

    I have only just downloaded and installed 3CX so assume its the latest version but don't know how to get the version.

    So this a Gateway to some PSTN lines? If so then you won't be able to change the outgoing caller ID, that is set by your POTS provider and only they can change it. If you make outgoing calls via a VoIP provider AND that VoIP provider allows you to change your outgoing number, then it may be possible.
