Cannot run reports

    Hello all,

    I use the 8 simulations call Pro Edition, and most of the features are working well including the call recording and other pro features.

    However when I try and run a report I get “feature not available in the 3cx pbx edition”

    I have only recently upgraded from the free version to pro version, I have rebooted the system on many occasions, and restarted the services.

    The licence info shows everything correct, I just can’t run reports but I can use the recording and I know this is a feature of the pro version.

    I have cleared temp files and tried two browsers and same issues.

    Hi there,

    Clear your Browser cache or use incognito mode.
    To Clear your cache press CTRL+F5
