    Hi Guys,

I need help on Call History service. This morning, i wanted to generate a report on Call Log but noticed that the report is empty. When i check the Services Status, "3CX PhoneSystem Call History" service is not running, when i try to Start the service it gives me an error:

An exception occurred RestartServices Error: Cannot start service 3CXCallHistoryService on computer '.'.

    System Spec:
    Windows Server 2008
    3CX Phone System v8.0.10824.716

    Any help is appreciated. TIA

    Regards,
    John

    Any possible solution guys?

Just for the info we have a license and we are not using a free version, and i hope engineers/support from 3CX could somehow help. We just recently use 3CX and i already like the system but since it doesn't come with a reporting system that we want, i was task to develop our own. Unfortunately, It's really quite frustrating that i cannot up the 3CXCallHistoryService.

I hope someone could help me fix this issue.

    Thanks in advanced.

Hi John, check event viewer if there are any errors due to call history service.
Also go to settings > advance and select verbose logging level.
Restart all services. And when you replicate the call history issue generate a support info and send me the log file.

Also check if your system has latest updates installed.
    Thanks
