Cannot use dial pad while in call

    We recently did some windows updates on the 3CX server and rebooted it. Since then we cannot use the dial pad while in calls. It was working fine before the reboot. Any ideas?

    What OS are you running?
    Are you 100% up-to-date on windows updates ? and running .NET 4.5 + hotfixes ?
    Is this a 3CX Phone System v12 SP6 ?

    Is this referring to he use of DTMF on outside calls?

    What type (make/model) of sets are you using? Are they all behaving the same, or just some?

    What type of trunks do you use, Gateway, VoIP, etc. ?
