One user cannot use his myPhone client.
It logs on but after that it just sits there while a "Please Wait" box is "loading".
He's the only one with this problem and it's a Terminal Server.
However, I loged on to their PBX and the 3CX MyPhone Clients menu shows that he has lots of sessions going.
I have logged him off the server but the sessions won't go away, I suspect until I restart the PBX.
I also disenabled him from using myphone and it worked, he could not log on. When reenabled it was the same "please wait" message.
What is causing this?
