Canot Open Welcome Email?

    Have downloaded V12 client from playstore. Have configured google API for push messaging. Have configured push messaging in 3CX console, and have sent new Welcome Email - all per V12 admin manual.

    However, my phone refuses to open the attachment type.

    Any suggestion on how to proceed?
    My email system is Exchange 2010 server, and the attachment is delivered OK.

    What is the notification you receive when you try to open the attachment?

    An alternate way of auto-provisioning is opening the 3cx phone application, go into settings-->accounts and hit the menu button. This will pop up a notification that a 'provisioning request has been sent'. If you are on the same network as your PBX, you will see the device in the 'phones' tab of the management console where you can select it and assign it to an extension.

    What phone model is the one that is not opening the attachment? File extension associations on Android are sometimes not being registered by our installer and we need to find out why.

    We have a user here with LG G3.
    Tried several file handlers and can not get the file to open with 3cx.

    Hello @craigreilly ,

    Do you have any account already on the phone? Also, make sure that you are not trying to open an account that it is already configured on the phone.

    We really need to see a case like this.
    We tried on one of the phones mentioned in this thread and we could not reproduce. LG G3
