Cant access management console

    Hi there,

    I usually access my management console remotely by doing following
    https://<domainname><port><login>

    Cant access it yesterday & today by this method, i can access it if i change domain name with public IP address. I am assuming im having DNS issue somewhere. Anyone point me in right direction?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Dear Barry Dochety,

    Are you using your own FQDN or the 3CX one ?

    I'm using 3cx one. Been working fine up until yesterday

    Try an nslookup of your FQDN from your remote location and see if it resolves correctly. Also has the Public IP of the PBX changed?
    Is it set to Static or Dynamic?
