Can't add outbound rule BUG

    If i add a rule with this settings:

    Prefix: 71044

    Route: PSTN
    Strip Digits: 2
    Prepend: XXXXXXXXXX (10 digit)

    it goes out trough the PSTN but i got a message from the PSTN Provider that i dial the number wrong, i know its ok because if a dial with prefix 9 that have only strip 1 digit it works, and in verbouse log i cant see what number is trying to call

    I need this to add codes for dialing special numbers from extension that are not going to be able to make outbound calls only this special numbers
