Can't call from outside the office.

    Hi all
    I had system phone ip with 3CX free vesion. In my site, the system worked well. But, I don't made calls from out office. I have nat following port on my router.
    TCP/UDP 5060 - 5061
    UDP 9000 - 9049
    TCP/UDP 5090
    The status on soft phone "Server Failure". Thanks any comments.

    Many things:

    1. Run firewall checker. Application exit code should be '0'.
    2. Be sure to have correctly defined outgoing and incoming rules.
    3. Is your provider registered, what is the status of your trunk lines, etc. ?
    4. Are your extensions allowed to register outside LAN ?
    5. If using remote extensions, have you configured STUN or tunnel ?
    6. Can you make internal calls (i.e. extension to extension)

    Probably it makes sense to get acquainted with admin / user manuals before posting.
