Can't connect remotely "not registered" from Android, iPhone

    I have set up the phone system and everything is working fine on the LAN. I setup a Windows phone to test outside of the LAN and can only connect using the tunnel method. I have DMZ'd the phone system server just to make sure there were no problems there, and the firewall checker also reports all successes. I would like to figure this problem out, but also have a bigger issue. I can't get an iPhone or an Android to connect remotely. I have tethered both of these phones to the PC that runs the Windows soft phone (through the tunnel) and the Windows softphone works okay but it doesn't work with phone app itself and comes up 'not registered'. FYI - it's the 3CX Windows softphone.
