Can't connect to the VOiP external line

    Hello,

    3CX can't connect to my external VOiP line,it didn't worked 2 days ago, worked well yesterday and doesn't work today.
    here is what I can read in the server status when it doesn't work:
    I've disabled Windows Firewall.
    I've tried with Xlite and it always get the connection to freephonie.net .
    Can you help me ?

    PS: When 3CX work it's a great software.

    Questions:

    Do you need to fill in a registrar in 3cx?
    Are you behind a router? if so you might need a stun server configured.

    Mine somethimes de registrered but I still can make phone calls to VoIP, no idea why that is but IT happens.

    When it shows not registered can you make phone calls to your VoIP?

    I've tried with a registrar and without but it doesn't work.
    I'm connected with a router, I've tried with a stun server but nothing is changing.

    Also I can't get or make phone call with the line.

    I've tried with 3CX Phone to be connected directly to my VOIP external line and it can't get the connection but Xlite always getthe connection.

    I've a SIP phone with the settings preloaded in it by my ISP who provide me the VOiP line and I've tried to use these settings in 3CX but it doesn't work .
