Can't dial extensions when calling other companies

    Good morning,

    We have run into a problem when calling other companies. When we call a company that has a phone system the phone rings and is answered by their automated call attendant. When we key a selection or dial an extension the autoattendant ignores them as if not even hearing the selection they just dialed. When we call other 3CX systems everything appears to work fine.

    We are using the following:
    3CX Phone System v5.1.4078.0
    OS: Windows Server 2003 enterprise Edition sp2
    RAM: 1Gig
    HD: 40Gig (36 Gig Free)
    Phones: Polycom Soundpoint IP 330
    Phones are external and connected via hardware VPN to the Server's Network

    Any ideas what is going on here?
