Can't dial out, can anyone help?

    hi all,
    I m using 3CX phone system and for some reason, I m having problem dialing out.
    Every time when I dial a numbers, the phone will say "we are sorry, you have reach the phone number that has been disconnected......"
    The number that I dial is my cell phone and its working for sure.
    Can anyone help me here or give me any idea where the problem will probably be?

    Are you certain that you are sending the correct digits to your provider. Perhaps you (the outbound rules) are stripping or adding digits. Do calls work to any other numbers?

    Hi,

    1. The forums rules state to supply logs with your issue. If you did we would have probably allready diagnosed this easily.

    The message you are hearing is from your voip proivder who doesnt seem to like the number you are sending him, if you adding prepend digits ensure that you have told it to strip the prepend and if you have set it without any prepend then ensure strip digits is set to 0 in your outbound rules.

    If you still cannot get this to work, remeber logs are key!
