Cant dial outbound number but echo123 works

I can dial 8echo123 and i have a perfect call. When I try to dial 86319999999 I get this message in the skype gateway log. I see it says slave in the log. Is this a normal entry? Not sure if that is affecting this or not.

Getting the same result with country code. I can dial out fine using Skype on the server itself. The server log shows phone system version

is the Port 10000 (the fist port) set up as Master and have credits?
When its a Master you can not dail out of there!
 
I changed it from master to no master. I have a skype out subscription and i can call out using skype directly on the server.
Also shouldnt my country code be 1 since i am in usa. i tried dialing all combinations of 816319999999, 819999999 and nothing seems to work through the softphone. See in the log where is says it cant identify the user. You can see all the ways i tried to dial.

it does not matter if u are in the usa or in germany.
u have to put the full country code in witch is 001 and not 1.
 
If you look at the log above you will see that I tried that and it failed. It seems that if I use a number instead of echo123 it fails and the error in the log shows unrecognized identity. When I call echo123 it shows my skype username making a call to echo123. Im sorry but I dont know how to explain it any better. If you look in the logs I posted you will see that.

Ive reinstalled 3cx and the gateway following the instructions exactly and I is still not working. Honestly I am ready to give up after 2 weeks of reading all of these forums and not finding the answer.

Scherer, there is the the answer, in the log you provided - Skype doesn't "like" the number you dialed and it (Skype) says "Unrecognised identity":

There is NOTHING, absolutely nothing related to the gateway itself. Please do the following - useful - test:
- open a standalone skype client (that means, gateway stopped) and from this one try to dial 16317676533, 00016317676533 and 17676533 respectively.
Once you will be able to successfully call, in this way, these numbers, you will know what to type on your extension when you will start the gateway.

I encountered the same problem here and indeed, it was solved by configuring the outbound rule to correctly prepend the country code. I'm using Betamax SIP gateways and they require the number to be dialed as <countrycode><number without first zero>. For example for the Dutch phone number 020 660 6600 it would be 31206606600. Instead, Skype requires this number to be dialed as 00<countrycode><number without first zero>, i.e. 0031206606600. In order to be able to dial the "normal" number (0206606600) and have 3CX correctly translate it into this Skype format, the outbound rule in the 3CX Management Console should be created as:

Strip digits 1 (to remove the first 0)
Prepend 0031 (to add the international prefix and country code)

Now I can dial 0206606600 on my phone and 3CX will correctly translate it into 0031206606600 and pass this on to Skype. the 3CX Skype Gateway now shows me in the log:

Call (skypeid 3501) identified, [Test Voip Device #1] calls [0031206606600]

Obviously, change 31 to your country code or adjust the dial plan to be more advanced and recognize international calls and apply the correct number formatting to those.
