Hi, We found a problem today with 3CXPhone (last version 12.0.37098.0): We can't transfer an external call to an internal extension, either attended or blind transfer : call are ended. - blind transfer : target extension doesn't ring (IP phone or 3cxphone) and call is lost. - attended : target extension can pick the call, but no transfer option, all greyed out (unlike in the manual http://www.3cx.com/user-manual/transfer/). Only option is "end call", call is lost. The phone is in softphone mode, no IP Phone associated with the extension. Transfer from other IP phone or presence screen (right clic on call > transfer) is successful. Is there anything I missed in the configuration of the 3CXPhone v12? We migrated recently from v11 and 3CXPhone v6.
