Can't forward til mailbox or Digital Receptionist

    Hello,

    can som please help here.... I can't forward to "voice mail" or the digital receptionist when the phone is unregistered!!! but it's works fine when i forward til a external number or an internal extension ???

    Do you think that IVR functionality depends on number of threads created?
    It is kind of joke :)

    You created two threads. Previous one describes a problem. Reason: IVR is not started or there is no connection between MediaServer and IVR.
    Fix it and everything will work.

    thanks for your reply! But what i IVR ?? i have six 3CX services... and all af them are started! how do i solve the problem ?

    sorry for being stuphid... but i'am total new on the 3CX system!

    If you see continuous messages:
    "service IVR not found (127.0.0.1:5483)"
    then connection to IVR (Digital Receptionist) is not established.
    Restart IVR (Digital Receptionist) service

    netstat -a -o
    there must be connection on port 5483 in listening state. PID - must be PID of 3CXIVRService process. If it is absent then someone blocks IVR to provide connection point.
