Can't forward to external #

    Hi,
    I have set an extension that is always forwarded to my mobile number, when dialed within the system (ie, extension to extension) I get the call transferred, but it doesn't work when someone dials my extension from the IVR. looking at the logs, it reports (no outbound rule for external number "66454553")...How do I go about fixing this?

    Your help is highly appreciated...

    Is the number you posted (66454553), in the same format/length as you would dial it from an extension?

    Yes, Even when I dial the extension 1009 (which is the one that got the external mobile number attached to it) it works, just not from IVR! :/

    If 3CX reports that there is no outbound rule for a particular number, then you need to review your rules. Do you have any restrictions (a list of certain extensions that the rules apply to)?
