Hi, XS4ALL own softphone works fine, but 3CX on the same box won't answer the phone. I get transferred immediately to XS4ALL's voice mail box. The line status is registered and idle - so this does not seem to be the problem. Tried it on two different boxes with same result. Router is SpeedTouch 716 with latest release of firmware (126.96.36.199). 3CX version build 2434 (august 2007). Mark.
