Can't get incoming VOIP provider calls

    Hi there all,

    Can anyone help - since installing V5 we can't get any incoming calls from our VOIP number providers, all give the same error. I did see a FAQ on this subject, but now can't find it now. Below is what I see in the "Server status" page - (I have removed some information and replaced it with xxxx or something like that.

    23:08:33.421 Call::Terminate :[CM503008]: Call(4): Call is terminated

    23:08:19.109 CallCtrl::eek:nSelectRouteReq :[CM503004]: Call(4): Calling: Ext:10000@ Dev:sip:10000@XXX.155.4.202:5060;user=phone;transport=udp]

    23:08:19.093 CallCtrl::eek:nIncomingCall :[CM503001]: Call(4): Incoming call from Sip.asterisk to{sip:10000@oursipserverdomain.com]

    23:08:18.718 DeviceRecord::DeviceRecord :[CM305004]: Failed to find a transport to host XXX.0.210.135

    We have 3 VOIP number providers and all 3 are the same.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction - I think it's something in the "Source Identification >>>" and I would like to open it up to VOIP providers by IP Address XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX or Range of IP addresses XXX.XXX.XXX.0-255.

    Help!!!
