Can't get Plantronics Voyager Legend to work properly with 3cx

    We're running 3cx version 14 sp2, I bought a Plantronics Voyager Legend headset because of the advertised support. I am experiencing a few issues. I can't get the call answer button to work on the headset and when I do answer a call the microphone on the works but the headset speaker doesn't. I have the Plantronics Hub installed and updated it to the lastest version. Any help anyone can provide would be much appreciated.

    Hello there,

    Please try reverting to the Plantronics Hub 3.7.51238 at most. There seems to be an issue between the latest Plantronics Hub and 3cx phone system.

    Give it a try and let us know
