Can't Hear Caller

    Inside the LAN, the caller can hear me fine. However, outside is another story. I can hear them clearly. I setup the port forward for 5060 and 9000-9015 UDP. I've performed the firewall test and that passed with no problems. Not sure what else I am supposed to do. Please advise 3CX gurus...

    Outbound calls aren't working at all.

    To Francesco:

    How do I setup the STUN server? I thought it was automatically done.

    I have same issue here.

    The problem is,one option in my firewall screw up everthing.
    Turn it ON this option in your firewall if you have it "DONT TRANSLATE SOURCE IP"

    Making this i fixed the problem.

    I have a Motorola WR850G router and I checked the manual and even googled it, but can't this option. Does the system need to be on another router or something? Please advise.
